What's Coming to Hancock Village?
Chestnut Hill Realty is proud to announce the Hancock Village Management Team has relocated to the new resident Community Center*. The state-of-the-art complex is a three-story, approximately 25,000 SQFT facility that includes multiple resident lounges, fitness center, internet cafe, entertainment areas, and a business center with private offices. Additionally, we have added a swimming pool with an expansive sun deck and a cafe area for seasonal use.

The future will also bring brand new luxury apartment homes to Hancock Village. Four hundred and thirteen (413) apartments will be constructed in several different buildings scattered around our existing community. These new homes will allow us to offer our residents single-level living options of one, two, and three bedrooms. In addition to these new apartment homes, 517 additional parking spaces. will be created, 153 of which will be underground garage parking.

*Residents will have access to the Hancock Village Community Center and Pool if they so choose, for an additional charge. Resident is under no obligation to join or use any of the offered activity spaces.

Announcements
The Franklin at Hancock Village will include many new apartments as well as parking amenities for residents. It will be a 6-story building with over 200 apartment homes consisting of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms. Additionally, 250 parking spaces. This building will also include an underground garage.
